1. Amla powder mixed with honey is very good for the heart. You may take two teaspoons of this mixture every day.
2. Taking two tablespoons of amla juice daily is also very good for the heart.
3. Take 15-18 dry dates, 10 grams of crystallized sugar lumps, 50 grams of raisins, and, 25-gram of amla powder. Grind it together. Roll this mixture into marble-sized marble-sized balls. Eat two of the balls daily. It is very good for heart health.
4. Soak a fig and 4 dates in water, and leave it overnight. The next morning, squeeze them all in the same water and have this. It may help a lot.
5. Get some white lotus flowers, and boil the petals in water. Cool this water add some sugar and milk to taste and drink this mixture once every fortnight. It is a very good cardiac tonic.
6. Take 2-3 red hibiscus flowers in water and boil. Add milk in it and sugar to taste. Drink this infusion every day on an empty stomach for good results.
7. Reduce salt intake.
8. Drink a glass of fat-free buttermilk to which a teaspoon of fenugreek powder and a teaspoon of lemon juice have been added. This may help to keep the blood pressure under control.
9. Regular intake of raw garlic and raw white onion helps in healthy blood pressure.
10. Take a few black raisins and soak for a few hours. After that, squeeze them in the same water. Add two teaspoons of honey and consume it.
11. Increase intake of fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, lettuce leaves, curry leaves, mint leaves, spinach, bitter gourd, cabbage, cucumber, etc for a healthy heart.
