* Take 200 g of aniseeds

* 50 g of split coriander seeds

* 15 pods of cardamom pods 

* 25 pieces of cloves

* 50 g dill seeds    

* 50 g of caraway seeds

* 20 g licorice powder

* Half teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt ( Saindhav Lavan) 

* Half teaspoon of black salt

* 4 teaspoons of sugar

Dry Roasting:  Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and ajwain in a pan over low heat until they release a fragrant aroma. Make sure not to burn them. Allow the roasted seeds to cool to room temperature. Grinding:  In a grinder or blender, combine the roasted seeds and grind them into a fine powder. Mixing:  Transfer the ground powder to a mixing bowl. Add ginger powder, black salt, hing, dry mango powder, rock salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Thorough Mixing:  Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of flavors. Storage:  Store the Pachak Churna in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. Usage:  Consume a small amount (about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) of Pachak Churna after meals, either by itself or mixed with a little honey or water.
