garlic oil. Apply this mixture to sore nipples. Wash it off with warm water, without soap before feeding.
2. Dip and squeeze a soft cloth in some cold water. Apply it to the nipples for some time, before feeding. It helps a lot.
3. Keep switching sides while feeding the child.
4. If possible, expose the breast to air for some time. Also sunlight for about 1 minute.
5. Apply coconut oil, olive oil, and almond oil to nipples, throughout the pregnancy to avoid sore nipples after delivery.
6. Applying a freshly cut leaf of aloe vera, on the nipples helps to heal the cracks.
7. Don't use any soap during bathing. Use gram flour.
8. Before feeding the baby from the left breast, squeeze some milk and apply it to the right nipple and vice versa. Do it every time you feed the child for the next few days. It helps a lot.
